Wednesday Morning Weigh In

Well here we are.
Another Wednesday Morning Weigh In.

I gotta tell ya…I sure am getting tired of being a fat ass.
Yea yea, it’s only been two weeks, and I ain’t giving up, but damn I wish I would see a little more improvement.

So, this past week I only went to the gym 3 times, and only did yoga once.
But I have a valid excuse…I swear!Saturday morning I went on a 13 mile hike with the Greenbelt Hiking Society of Long Island.

13 Miles!

Do you have any idea how long 13 miles is?
It’s one mile more than 12!

Anyway, that took a lot out of me. Left me sore for two days so I was kind of an inactive slug Sunday and Monday.

Stayed carb and sugar free – except for one piece of apple pie ( it’s was work related, so therefore I was obligated ) – so all in all, diet-wise, I was on point.
Just need to be more diligent with exercise.
Anyway, as always, sorry for the flubby white marshmallow grossness.

Current weight – 199 pounds.
